Darren & Stuart purchased the Boar's Head in December 2008, after it had suffered a period of closure, but being local to the town felt almost obliged to set to and to try to return it to a thriving Inn & Premises, serving our community and visitors a like.
Having more than 30 years experience in the hospitality industry, and having worked for the prestigious Forte Family in the Stratford Upon Avon area it was my hope that we could bring some of what that to Boar's Head.
